Ballstad Omega-3 Premium Fish Oil Capsules are rich in DHA and EPA and contain only highly concentrated premium fish oil with omega-3 fatty acids.
The fish oil in our capsules is a highly concentrated fish oil and is produced according to high quality standards* and under strict safety controls. The daily serving of three Ballstad Omega-3 Fish Oil Capsules contains 1050mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 540mg are EPA and 390mg are DHA.
*The quality standards comply with and have been set by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority.

You can consume 3 small capsules daily with 1 glass of water. You can get everything at once or individually. You can take it at any time of the day, before or during meals. The Ballstad Omega-3 pack contains 93 small capsules. It covers your 1-month requirement by taking 3 small capsules daily.

Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit den Fischkapseln 😊 Geschmacklich komplett neutral und vor allem super leicht zu schlucken. Ich nehme sie jetzt regelmäßig und habe das Gefühl, dass meine Haut schöner geworden ist und ich mich auch etwas energiegeladener fühle. Für mich mittlerweile ein fester Bestandteil im Alltag – möchte ich gar nicht mehr missen! 🐟❤️

Somon kollajeniyle tanışarak hayatımda yaşadığım olumlu değişim ve üstün yararlanımdan yola çıkarak Omega 3'ü de kullanma kararı aldım. Omega 3'ün yararları hakkında hepimizin bildiklerini tekrarlamayacağım ancak Ballstad kalitesi ile farkı yaşamanızı önermekten de kaçınmayacağım. This village is located on a small island that is part of the Lofoten archipelago, 200 km above the Arctic Circle, and with a population of about 1000 people, fishing has been the village's main lifestyle for thousands of years, earning income from here. Why Omega-3 is important for the body?
Our body is a very powerful, unique and complex machine. Omega-3 fatty acids are one of the supportive foods that our body needs to function smoothly. However, since our body cannot produce omega-3 fatty acids such as EPA or DHA*, we have to consume them regularly through food or dietary supplements. (*The body can produce at least small amounts of EPA/DHA from ALA itself.)
